What areas do you cover?
The most of our work is within the Midlands and surrounding (wales). However we do travel out of this area of the job is urgent!
How much will a replacement cost me?
The price of a replacement varies between jobs/vehicles. It depends on the location of the job, glass price and size of the job. We usually operate on, hourly estimate + glass & stock + travel to get the price. So as you can see every job could be slightly different.
Do you only fit truck screens?
No! We fit all sorts of glass to all sorts of vehicles. Scanias, JCB's, Liebherr's, Coaches, Hymers, camper vans and even the odd tiny car too!
Do you only work till 5pm like the other companys?
No! We do set our work day to 5pm however we offer out of hours service 6 days a week! Infact its become one of our most popular times to work for emergancy call outs and same/next day services.
Do you offer same day appointments?
We do when we can. Unfortunately, our gift is also our curse. We are a small company offering an unrivalled service, so this comes with an unfortunately busy schedule. We do offer out-of-hours appointments depending on glass availability, but of course these will cost a tiny bit more.
Can I cancel on the day of the appointment?
Unfortunately cancelled same say appointments will come with a travel charge if we have left with the glass. This is just to protect ourselves from wasted journeys and protect the planet from wasted fuel. On the same hand if we have to cancel on you on the same day we will take said travel charge off the final bill when the job is complete.
